Safety rules
Dear Guests,
To provide maximize your care and safety and that of our employees, we have implemented a number of good hygiene and safety practices that will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay in our hotel. Below is information that will enable you to understand the functioning of the hotel under the sanitary regime. We do hope that certain restrictions will not affect your stay.
- Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
- The common areas within the Hotel are regarded as publicly accessible public areas; therefore there is an absolute obligation for masks to be used by both Hotel Employees and Hotel Guests.
- The places especially exposed to touch, such as door handles, countertops at the reception desk, tables in general areas, handrails, and buttons in the elevator, etc., are being disinfected on a regular basis.
- A protective mask was prepared in every room for each guest as part of their paid reservation. You can also purchase an additional protective masks at the Reception boutique.
- The availability of hand disinfectant gels for guests is ensured in a visible and easily accessible place.
- Every room is disinfected by ozonation.
- Both guest rooms and the hotel spaces are regularly ventilated.
- The process of careful disinfection of all rooms is carried out using only certified cleaning agents and certified tools.
- The Reception Desk keeps a list of phone numbers for Sanepid (a sanitary institution), a contactless thermometer that is disinfected on a continual basis, and the addresses of the nearest pharmacies.
- Room cards and keys are disinfected after every use.
- When signing a registration card, our guests use pens that are disinfected after every use.
- Cashless payments are preferred.
- A recommendation was introduced for guests to use the elevator in groups of a maximum of two (2) people while maintaining a safe distance (This does not apply to persons living within a single household.).
- We have limited the check-in process to a minimum, which is why we send you fill-in cards before your arrival.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not provide cleaning services during stays. On special request, a time can be arranged by phone with our Reception Desk, and in the absence of the guests, cleaning staff will perform the cleaning service.ore your arrival.
- Additional room equipment, such as a needle bar, cloth brush, shoe cleaner, stationery, pens, guidebooks, and hairdryers are available on demand at the hotel's Reception Desk.
- Breakfast is served in shifts.
1st shift 07:30–08:45
2nd shift 09:00–10:15
3rd shift 10:30–11:45
Please make a table reservation at the restaurant for the available shift according to your preferences [ext. 3]. - The restaurant and bar are ozonated daily.
- Every table in the restaurant is completely disinfected after every guest.
- All menu cards have been covered with foil so that they can be disinfected after every guest's use.
- Breakfast buffet is served by the waiter service. Order and collect the dish directly from the buffet. Keep distance please.
- For safety reasons, we have suspended the afternoon turndown service. We can perform it at your request upon prior arrangement with the reception.
- The Wellness Zone is open for guests at 09:30–21:00
The Wellness Zone is limited to the use of four (4) at a time, so guests are asked to book in advance at the hotel's Reception Desk [ext. 9]. - We also invite you to take advantage of the SPA Suite treatments at the following times 09:30–21:00
Telephone bookings can be made at the SPA's Reception Desk [ext. 5] or at the hotel's Reception Desk [ext. 9]. For safety reasons, the SPA can only be used by one person at a time. - The mini bar in your guest room will be refilled at your request. Please inform the hotel's Reception Desk before your arrival.
- Boutique products are served in the Reception area.
